This business grew out of a desire to combine two passions: Nutrition and Dance

Emily has always had a love for counseling, and pursued a BA in Psychology from Bay Path University. Upon completion of her Honors thesis, “You Are What You Eat: The relationship between diet and depression" her educational journey took a left turn into the field of Nutrition. Emily received her MS in Nutrition Education from American University, and shortly thereafter followed her heart into non-profit. After working as a Nutritionist and earning a certificate in Lactation Counseling, Emily worked as a Health and Nutrition Manager in an early education setting.

Emily began dancing at 2 years old, and has never looked back. She has over two decades of training in various styles, and currently teaches ballet, pointe, tap, jazz and contemporary at Dance Progressions and Rhythm N’ Sync. She is currently pursuing a certification in dance education from the National Dance Education Organization.
